GSK awards Triangle nonprofits making a dynamic IMPACT on health outcomes
GSK announced the GSK IMPACT Award Winners in a ceremony at GSK’s RTP site. The Daniel Center was among the ten local nonprofits awarded $40,000 each in recognition of their outstanding contributions to a healthier Triangle region.
Celebrating 10 years in the Triangle Region, this highly competitive awards program recognizes organizations that are working hand-in-hand with the community to improve health.

PNC Bank has selected the Daniel Center for Math & Science to receive a $15,000.00 contribution as part of their partnership with AT&T, and their annual Heritage Calendar. PNC Bank announced their support of The Daniel Center last night at the Governor’s Mansion. Founder and Executive Director of The Daniel Center, Kirby Jones, and founding Board Member, J.R. Shearin were on hand to receive the gift
